What were you looking to achieve by adding RentSearch. to your properties?
By adding RentSearch., we were hoping to increase the organic traffic to our properties, generate higher brand awareness through branded and non-branded campaigns, and increase conversion rates.

Prior to using RentSearch., we faced a number of challenges. We experienced low response from ineffective and expensive ads in the past. Our leasing team was also challenged with missing calls, low appointment conversion as well as lack of qualified traffic.

Yes! RentSearch. has solved our initial problem. We’ve also seen key business metrics improve as a result of adding the service with higher conversion rates, brand awareness, and click-through rates. Our overall return on marketing investment has also increased as a result of adding the service.

Can you describe our performance vs your previous vendor?
We previously managed digital marketing and advertising in-house, so there was no consistency with managing ad campaigns. Our teams often faced double the work as they juggled other responsibilities, and did not have a digital marketing expert onsite or multifamily B2C expertise. This made our efforts more costly, more time-consuming and they were not results-oriented.
Is there something in particular that stands about RentSearch.?
The attribution works. The Rent. team’s consistency is superb, and they always stay on top of my requests. The Google campaigns that we have launched support our lease-ups within one year. We started and completed three lease up communities during COVID with Rent. services.
