At that time, Zillow will become the sole provider of multifamily listings (25+ unit buildings) on Rent.com, ApartmentGuide.com, and Redfin.com. To maximize the benefits of this partnership and access the expanded reach of the Zillow Rentals Network (including Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and Realtor.com in addition to Rent.com, ApartmentGuide, and Redfin), you'll need to establish a direct advertising contract with Zillow. Rent. will discontinue its DMS products (RentSearch., RentSocial., RentTarget., RentRep., RentEngage., and Property Sites). Rent. will continue to support existing campaigns through June 15th, 2025 to minimize disruption. We encourage you to contact us at customersuccess@rent.com to discuss strategies for transitioning your marketing efforts. You will need to work directly with Rent. on all DMS products as the Zillow partnership is focused on RentMarketplace. listings only.

Zillow will begin syndicating listings to Rent. on April 30th, 2025. Once you've transitioned to Zillow and the syndication begins, your Rent. listing contract will be automatically canceled within 7 days of going live with Zillow. Rent. will handle the listing cancellation for you; there is no action needed by you once you have transferred to Zillow.
Zillow will begin syndicating listings to Rent. on April 30th, 2025.

No action is needed. Your Rent.com contract will automatically cancel upon Zillow syndication on April 30th, 2025. You will receive confirmation of your cancelation by email. If you have questions regarding the cancellation, please contact customersuccess@rent.com.
We do recommend that you go into RentHQ. and download your historical performance information for your records prior to June 15th, 2025.
No action is needed to cancel your Rent. contract. Your Rent.com contract will automatically cancel within a week of the new Zillow listing going live. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been completed. If you have questions regarding the cancellation, please contact customersuccess@rent.com. You will be billed for any time on Rent. prior to going live with Zillow.
Once the Zillow syndication begins on April 30, 2025, Rent. will automatically cancel your existing RentMarketplace. agreement and you will begin to receive leads generated by Rent.com, ApartmentGuide.com and Redfin.com directly from Zillow. There is nothing more you need to do once you sign with Zillow. Your Rent. listing will be automatically canceled for you, with your last invoice prorated based on your go live date with Zillow. You will be sent a cancellation confirmation email once your contract has been canceled.
You will continue to be billed for your RentMarketplace. listing by Rent. up until the syndication of your property begins. If you sign with Zillow and your property is live on Zillow prior to 4/30/25, your final invoice was your April invoice. Once syndication begins on 4/30/25, Rent. will automatically cancel your RentMarketplace. listing and will no longer invoice you for your RentMarketplace. Listing.
If your property goes live on Zillow on or after 5/1/25, Rent. will cancel your RentMarketplace. listing once your property syndicates to Rent., usually within 48 hours of going live with Zillow. At that time, we will cancel your RentMarketplace. listing. You will be provided a pro-rated adjusted invoice for the time your RentMarketplace. listing was live on Rent. prior to the Zillow syndication.
The Zillow partnership only impacts your RentMarketplace. listings. Your DMS services continue through June 15, 2025 unless you cancel those services with Rent. directly via email to cancellations@rent.com. All DMS products including RentSearch. RentSocial. RentEngage. RentRep. and RentTarget. will end June 15, 2025. You will continue to be invoiced for your DMS services until they are cancelled either by you or June 15, 2025 when our DMS operations cease.

To keep your listings visible beyond June 15th, 2025, you will need to sign an advertising agreement with Zillow. You can reach out to Zillow here:
If you don’t want to be syndicated on Zillow, you do not need to take any action. Your listings will be removed from the Rent. Network of sites on June 15th, 2025. Please note that at this time, Rent. is only receiving listings from Zillow, and is not syndicating listings back to Zillow.
Login to RentHQ. at renthq.rent.com, navigate to ‘Portfolio Reports’, select the product for which you would like report data, select ‘Filter Criteria’, select ‘Export to PDF. This data will be available for both active and inactive properties until June 15, 2025.

You can pay any outstanding invoices by following the prompts directly in the pay.rent.com payment portal, or in RentHQ. before it retires on June 15, 2025.
You do not need to send an email for cancellations, once you move to Zillow, your Rent. contract will be canceled automatically. However, you can email customersuccess@rent.com for any questions. If you are wanting to cancel a service, either RentMarketplace. or a digital marketing product in advance of the syndication or June 15th, 2025 date, please email cancellations@rent.com to do so.
Call (877) 999-4472 to report a scam or fraudulent listing or simply utilize the “report a listing” link directly on the listing in question.
Starting May 1st, 2025, your listings will transition to a complimentary syndication model, meaning we'll publish them at no charge. These single family rental listings will only be visible on Rent.com, Apartmentguide.com and Redfin.com. Lead delivery will continue uninterrupted.
