Damon's customer-first values, coupled with his competitive drive and strategic acumen, make him a perfect fit to lead Rent.

Damon's career spans 25 years across various industries, including notable positions at MarketSource, Vertafore, Cisco, Verizon, and UPS, where he was responsible for managing multi-billion-dollar revenues and leading sales teams of 1,500. His diverse background provides him with a unique perspective to innovate and drive Rent.'s growth and product strategy forward.

Damon's appointment marks an exciting chapter for Rent., and his dedication to driving value and efficiency for both clients and renters alike ensures that Rent. will remain at the forefront of the industry, delivering unparalleled experiences and solutions. Damon was appointed President in May of 2024.

Kathy joined Rent. as CMO in February 2022 and brings with her a wealth of experience in brand and consumer marketing. Most recently, Kathy oversaw integrated marketing at Chewy.com, the beloved direct to consumer pet food and pet care brand, awarded one of “America’s 20 Hottest Brands 2020” by Ad Age.

Prior to Chewy, Kathy worked building brands including Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Lands’ End, Pink, and Victoria’s Secret. Kathy brings a mix of strong brand experience mixed with a deep data-driven marketing approach to fuel growth.

Nishant joined the company in 2012. Prior roles at Rent. include Rentals.com General Manager, Chief of Staff to the CEO, Director of Strategy and Corporate Development and Finance Manager.

Prior to Rent., Nishant spent 5+ years at General Electric Company, where he held management positions within Business Development (M&A) and GE Energy Services. Nishant is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Leadership Program, a two-year rotational program on global sourcing, commercial finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and manufacturing finance.

As CTO for Rent., Chris Huff brings extensive expertise in mobile technologies, cloud, app development and machine learning. Chris will lead our development and technology efforts to continuously innovate and deliver solutions that simplify the experience of connecting people and properties.

In addition to his technical expertise, Chris is a change agent and culture builder; making Chris the perfect fit for Rent. as we continue to evolve and grow our company.  Chris joined Rent. in September of 2023.

Prior to joining Rent., Chris served as CTO for ParkMobile, the #1 parking app in North America.  During his tenure at ParkMobile he led both Product and Engineering teams. Before ParkMobile, Chris held various roles including Head of Engineering for Watson Marketing (IBM), VP Mobile & Consumer App Development at The Weather Channel, and

Sheila joined Rent as Chief People Officer in June of 2022 and brings with her over two decades of experience in strategic global HR leadership and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, Sheila served as Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv, where she provided HR leadership and strategy for one of their largest growth businesses, and previously CH2M Hill (now part of Jacobs), Radiant systems (now part of NCR), and other companies.

Recognized for her collaborative approach to people development and team effectiveness, Sheila’s expansive expertise across large and small organizations will be key to the continued growth and evolution of Rent.

Rob joined Rent. in 2018 and leads the Client Experience team. Rob and his team are passionate about delivering a world-class experience for clients and prospective renters from the very first minute they engage with the services and platforms Rent. provides.

Prior to joining Rent., Rob was COO at Allconnect, where he spent 10 years in multiple roles in a successful effort to profitably scale and grow the then-small start-up. Rob also held several leadership positions in his 12 years with MCI and Verizon, where he learned how to meet challenges head-on and win in a very competitive environment. Rob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University, where he also proudly played on the golf team.

As SVP and Head of Sales, Jesus leads the sales organization for Rent. He is responsible for driving sales expansion and innovation while implementing strategies that ensure revenue growth, client development, and retention among both our national and local clients.

Jesus joined Rent. in 2017 and brings extensive leadership experience in sales, business and organizational strategy, digital marketing, and agency and product development. Prior to Rent., Jesus served in key growth leadership positions at Publicis, Seccion Amarilla, The Dallas Morning, and others. During his tenure with these organizations, he oversaw company and product expansion, business modeling and development, and revenue and go-to-market sales strategies. Jesus’ extensive data-driven experience across diversified industries will continue to be a catalyst for growth and change at Rent.

As Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy, Will Byrum is responsible for identifying, planning, and executing top strategic initiatives for Rent., both internal (e.g., annual planning) and external (e.g., M&A).

Prior to joining Rent., Will began his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he spent a decade helping clients with business transformations, growth strategy, and private equity due diligence. He then spent time at The Coca-Cola Company doing strategy work for their North American business. Will graduated summa cum laude with a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, later returning to UNC-CH to earn his MBA.
