Hey Tina! Thanks for chatting with us. To get started, can you tell us about the onboarding and integration process for new RentMarketplace. clients?

Sure! My team and I streamline the onboarding and integration process for all Rent. solutions, including RentMarketplace. Once the RentMarketplace. contract is signed, our dedicated onboarding team becomes the single point of contact, collaborating directly with the client to gather all requirements. Our goal is to reach out within the first 24 business hours and do the heavy lifting to get their listing complete, optimized, and integrated to go live on RentMarketplace.

Can you tell us what the secret is to maximizing conversions on a RentMarketplace. listing?

Of course! Our clients already know this but Rent. integrations are the key for maximized conversions! For example, with the Schedule a Tour feature, RentMarketplace. enables prospective renters to schedule a tour directly on a property’s calendar. This eliminates the need for the property team to go back and forth with a prospective renter about scheduling a tour. In addition to this tour scheduling feature, we recommend clients opt in for syncing their content feed as well as lead delivery integrations.

For someone who isn’t as familiar, can you explain why Rent. integrations are so valuable for a client?

Clients who use RentMarketplace. Tour Calendar see less lead falloff than if they don’t use a tour scheduling solution.

Okay, last question Tina! We know you work just as hard as RentMarketplace. listings, so what do you like to do for fun?

I love to go on cruises! I normally set sail 2-3 times a year and have sailed through Belize, Jamaica, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Grand Turks, Grand Cayman, Isla Roatan, and Cozumel. Later this year, I am taking an Alaskan cruise!
